We have decided to donate proceeds from our concert to Border Angels, a San Diego based all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Border Angels advocates for human rights, humane immigration reform, and social justice. They are dedicated to preventing unnecessary immigrant deaths through desert water drops and border rescue stations. They also provide free immigration services and consultations in their offices at the Sherman Heights Community Center. Furthermore, they visit day laborers around the greater San Diego area to check on their welfare, ensure that they are fed and that they are aware of their legal rights.
